By accessing or using the Insights mobile app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Insights.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Insights. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s use of the app.
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate information (name, email, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree not to register for multiple accounts or share account access with others. We may refuse or suspend accounts in our discretion.
The Service allows you to create or upload content (including text, images, videos, comments, and user-generated learning materials). You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it you grant Insights a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your content for purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but we may remove or disable content that violates these Terms or is illegal.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, obscene, offensive, threatening, hateful, or invasive of privacy. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, harassment, bullying, sexually explicit material, violent content, spam, or content promoting illegal activities. You also agree not to upload content that violates intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized use of copyrighted material).
When interacting with others, you must behave respectfully. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity. Do not encourage or facilitate wrongdoing. The Service features (following, commenting, voting) are for constructive engagement; abuse of these features (such as voting fraud or posting repetitive unwanted comments) is prohibited.
Insights may moderate content and enforce these guidelines. We provide a distinction between unverified and verified content (for example, users may flag content as “verified” if it is fact-checked or from a credible source). Verified content is intended to represent user-confirmed accuracy, while unverified content should not be assumed authoritative. Nonetheless, all content on the platform is user-generated and may contain inaccuracies. Insights does not guarantee the truthfulness or completeness of any content. We reserve the right to remove or disable any content or accounts at our discretion, especially if content is reported for violations or is otherwise objectionable.
Insights may facilitate or organize events hosted by third parties (such as workshops, webinars, conferences). When participating in a third-party event through Insights, you may be subject to additional terms set by the event organizer. Insights acts as a coordinator or host but is not the primary provider of the event content or experience unless explicitly stated. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party event; participation is at your own risk. Insights is not responsible for the actions, omissions, accuracy, or safety measures of third-party event organizers.
We may integrate additional third-party services (for example, payment processors, external content libraries, analytics tools) in the future. Your use of those services will be subject to the respective third party’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the third party’s performance or any data you submit to them.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Insights MAKES NO WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements. We are not responsible for user content or third-party content, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information on the app.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSIGHTS (AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US (IF ANY) FOR USE OF THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Insights and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any rights of others (including your content or conduct on the Service).
Insights may suspend or terminate your access and remove your content at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (specifically the State of California) and the laws of India, as applicable to your location and the nature of the dispute. You and Insights agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction in either California, USA or in India, to the extent permitted by law, and that you waive any objection to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these locations. If local law requires, you may have the right to bring claims in small claims court or similar venues.
Insights may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top and notify you (for example, by email or in-app notice). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the app.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Insights regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
